2. Description of Service NoxSound is an app designed to playback custom sounds and sounds that can be retrieved through a search functionality from "freesound". The app is currently free and can be considered a preview. Users should not rely on the app's functionality for commercial purposes.

As a user, you are responsible for any sounds you import into the app. You must ensure you have the right to use these sounds. NoxSound is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by the sounds you import.

4. Freesound Search Functionality

To use the search functionality, which retrieves sounds from "freesound", you need to accept the terms of use of "freesound" as stated in the settings section of NoxSound.
